General Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to the Coesia Customer Portal.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use define the basic rules applicable to the access and use of the Coesia Customer Portal, a digital platform made available by Coesia to provide customers, partners, agents, employees and other authorized users with access to selected digital services.
By accepting the invitation to access the Coesia Customer Portal, or by accessing and using the Portal, the user acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Use.

- being an expert in the use of this type of equipment before carrying out any assembly, installation and adjustment activities;
- and being an expert in the use of equipment and machinery.
The Coesia Customer Portal is intended to provide a single digital access point to digital services made available by Coesia and/or by Coesia Group companies.
Depending on the user profile and on the services enabled for the user, the Portal may provide access to services such as, by way of example:
The services available to each user may vary depending on the user profile, company association, authorization level and business relationship with Coesia or with the relevant Coesia Group company.
Access to the Coesia Customer Portal is granted only to authorized users who have been invited or enabled by Coesia or by a Coesia Group company.
By accepting the invitation to access the Portal, the user confirms that they accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, including the use of their personal identification and contact data as described below.
If the user does not accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the user must not accept the invitation and must not access or use the Portal.
For the purpose of enabling access to the Coesia Customer Portal and providing the related digital services, Coesia may process the following user data:
These data will be used only for purposes connected with the provision, management and operation of the Coesia Customer Portal and of the digital services made available through it, including user identification, access management, service enablement, support and communication strictly related to the Portal.
The processing of personal data is further described in the applicable Privacy Policy made available through the Portal and/or through the invitation communication.
The user undertakes to use the Coesia Customer Portal only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use, applicable laws and any additional instructions provided by Coesia or by the relevant Coesia Group company.

Coesia may suspend, limit or revoke access to the Portal where necessary, including in case of suspected misuse, security risk, unauthorized access, termination of the relevant business relationship, or non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Access to specific services within the Portal may be enabled, modified or removed at any time depending on the user role, profile, company association or service eligibility.
Coesia aims to provide a reliable and secure digital access point to the services made available through the Coesia Customer Portal.
However, the Portal and its services may be subject to maintenance, updates, technical limitations, temporary interruptions or changes. Coesia may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue the Portal, or any service available through it, where necessary for operational, technical, security, organizational or business reasons.
The Coesia Customer Portal may provide access to digital services, applications, platforms or content managed by Coesia, by Coesia Group companies or by authorized third parties.
Additional terms, conditions, privacy notices or service-specific rules may apply to such connected services. In case of inconsistency, the specific terms applicable to the relevant connected service shall prevail for that service.
In particular, Remote Assistance services are subject to the additional terms set out in Section 14 below.
All trademarks, logos, layouts, texts, documents, software components, graphics and other materials made available through the Coesia Customer Portal are owned by Coesia, by Coesia Group companies or by their respective licensors, unless otherwise indicated.
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Portal and its content solely for the authorized business purposes connected with the relevant relationship with Coesia or with the relevant Coesia Group company.
No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or exploit Portal content except where expressly authorized.
Information, documents, data and materials accessible through the Coesia Customer Portal may be confidential or intended only for authorized users.
The user must not disclose, share or make available such information to unauthorized third parties, unless expressly permitted by Coesia, by the relevant Coesia Group company or by applicable contractual arrangements.
The processing of personal data in connection with the Coesia Customer Portal is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.
The user is invited to read the Privacy Policy carefully before accepting the invitation and accessing the Portal.
By accepting the invitation and using the Portal, the user acknowledges that their personal data will be processed for the purposes necessary to provide and manage access to the Portal and related digital services.
The Coesia Customer Portal is provided for business use and for the delivery of digital services related to the relationship between the user, the user's organization and Coesia or the relevant Coesia Group company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coesia shall not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of the Portal, misuse of access credentials, user violation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, temporary unavailability of the Portal, or use of information or services outside their intended scope.
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions of Use shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
Coesia may update these General Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the Portal, connected services, legal requirements or business needs.
The updated version will be made available through the Portal or through other appropriate communication channels. Continued access to or use of the Portal after such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For questions regarding the use of the Coesia Customer Portal, the user may refer to the support information and help resources made available through the Portal.
For questions regarding privacy and personal data processing, the user should refer to the applicable Privacy Policy and to the contact details provided therein.
The Coesia Customer Portal user hereby declares and guarantees to all effects of law, under its own responsibility that the personnel employed in the activity of remote assistance through the Coesia Customer Portal platform possesses the following skills and professional qualifications
Competence
Being able to assemble groups, sub-groups and mechanical parts.
Description of the skills and abilities.
Reading and interpreting drawings, exploded diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, technical datasheets, safety datasheets and manuals. Identifying the equipment and tools to be used for fitting and assembling groups, sub-groups and parts, including hydraulic and electro-pneumatic systems, based on the documentation provided by the manufacturer. Evaluating the integrity and correct operation of equipment, assembly and fitting tools and their parts, for the correct performance of the activity. Presetting, preparing and verifying the suitability of the materials to be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Reading and applying assembly cycles in accordance with the BOMs of groups, subgroups, parts and assembly diagrams. Applying assembly and fitting techniques of groups, sub-groups, parts, and hydraulic and electro-pneumatic systems. Being familiar with and having command of the basic mechanics, hydraulic, pneumatics and electricity principles; being familiar with the connection and wiring practices and symbols used in wiring, mechanical and hydraulic diagrams, and being an expert in the use of equipment and machinery.
Person who has appropriate technical training and the necessary experience and awareness of the hazards in LV to which they are subjected, while carrying out an operation, and knowledge of the measures necessary to reduce the risks for themselves or for others. Qualified technician capable of carrying out the equipment installation in accordance with the instructions given in the documentation provided, and of adjusting, servicing and replacing the machine/system. The installation technician must be a person with the knowledge and experience that enable them to analyze risks and to avoid any problems connected with electricity. They can operate on live items within electrical boxes, shunt boxes, control equipment, etc. only if duly qualified
Description of the skills and abilities.

Identifying the equipment and tools to be used for assembly, electrical panel and shunt boxes installation, machine wiring, electro-pneumatic system wiring, based on the documentation provided by the manufacturer. Evaluating the integrity and correct operation of equipment, assembly and fitting tools and their parts, for the correct performance of the activity. Presetting, preparing and verifying the suitability of electric/electronic materials and equipment, to be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Reading and applying assembly cycles in accordance with the BOMs of the wiring diagrams and the sub-supplier's instructions. Apply assembly and installation techniques in compliance with the instructions provided, and, in particular, knowing how to carry out activities such as, by way of example, those indicated below.
